Process
Context Analysis
We begin every project with a study of the site, its urban conditions, environmental factors, and regulatory framework. Through detailed research and 3D context modeling, we provide a reliable foundation for clear design decisions from day one.
Concept Development
Massing strategies and spatial concepts are developed based on site constraints, program needs, client goals. We create construction-aware models to explore multiple directions, helping clients to see opportunities early on and move forward with confidence.
Design Visualization
We develop high-quality visualizations for client presentations, competitions, and communication with stakeholders. We use advanced 3D and generative AI tools to create visuals that capture the essence of each project with clarity and impact.
Feasibility & Strategy
Once a clear architectural direction is established, we support early decision-making through feasibility and strategic analysis, including area breakdowns, usage studies, yield estimates, and constraint evaluation. These studies help assess project potential before committing resources.
Collaborations
Estudio AD collaborates with a network of trusted technical architects, engineers, and local project managers to support projects as they move from concept toward realization.
